I am extremely happy with the service you provide. The management of the account is very good, you always respond quickly and are very courteous in contacting me if the cleaner needs to come at a different time etc.
My cleaner, Veselina, is excellent. I couldn't ask her to do a better job. She is very thorough, everything is left spotless, she has great attention to detail and takes great care in putting things back as she found them and leaving the flat looking very welcoming.
